Summary:
- Consultation will be scheduled within 5 business days from when payment has been received. As with any online purchase delivery takes time. Should you wish to schedule an emergency VC please contact us and inquire on pricing and time availability.
- Consultation time will be limited to time purchased and all time made available will be deemed part of the consultation time as per our T & C’s.
- VC booking slots are available Monday – Friday 08h00 – 16h30 and excluding Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Public Holidays.
- VC can be scheduled upon the following three platforms, Zoom (preferred), Google Meets or Microsoft Teams.
- Consultants will be subject to availability and therefore the VC might not be with the consultant reflected in the product image.
